Safety Briefing Videos

We make pre-activity safety briefing videos for go-kart tracks, trampoline parks, climbing and ninja centres, high ropes and zipline parks, indoor skydiving, jet boats, dive and snorkel tours, and theme park rides. Guests see your rules, your equipment and your venue in a short film that feels like part of the experience.

A briefing video gives every guest the same safety information at the busiest times as well as the quiet ones. Many venues already show one, but most were filmed in-house years ago. We make them like a short brand film, with versions for children, tourists and every language your guests speak.

What A Briefing Covers

Every briefing is written from your own rules and operating procedures.

  • How to wear the harness, helmet or life jacket, shown on your real equipment
  • The rules of the track, court or course, one rule at a time
  • Flags, signals and what staff will tell guests to do
  • What to do if something goes wrong
  • Who should not take part, and why
  • Age, height and health requirements

Your Venue, Your Equipment

Every briefing is built from photos of your venue, karts, trampolines, harnesses, boats and signage, so guests see exactly what they are about to use. A ride, a track or a course can be shown from the guest's point of view before they get on it.

Short, Clear And On Brand

Research on airline safety videos has found that the more a video tries to entertain, the less people remember of the safety message. So each rule gets its own clear moment, and the brand lives in the characters, the look and the music. Most briefings run two to four minutes.

Every Guest, Every Language

Tourists, school groups and families need different versions, so we make children's versions, captioned versions and translated versions for the languages your guests speak. In Queensland, dive and snorkel operators must give safety information in a way people understand, including people who do not speak English, and a translated video keeps that message the same every time.

Watched Before They Arrive

A briefing can be sent with the booking confirmation or played at check-in alongside your digital waiver, so guests arrive knowing the rules and sessions start on time. Each version is dated, so you keep a record of what guests were shown.

One Film For Every Site

Groups with several venues can make one master briefing with a version for each site. Equipment makers and industry associations can supply one briefing to every venue that uses their equipment or follows their code.

Every guest gets the same briefing, in their own language, in a film that feels like part of the day out.

Questions We Get Asked

How long should a safety briefing video be?

Two to four minutes for most activities. Long enough to cover every rule clearly, and short enough that guests still remember them when they reach the track or the course.

Can guests watch it before they arrive?

Yes. The briefing can go out with the booking confirmation or sit in your online waiver, so guests arrive knowing the rules and staff spend less time briefing at the counter.

Can it show our real karts, harnesses and track?

Yes. We build every scene from photos of your venue and equipment, and check that what is on screen matches what guests will use.

Do you make versions in other languages?

Yes, along with children's and captioned versions. Tourist operators usually choose the languages their guests speak most, such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, German or Spanish.

Does a briefing video replace our staff briefing?

No. It works best with a short check by your staff afterwards, such as a marshal asking a few questions or checking harnesses. The video makes sure the core message is the same for every guest.

Can you update it when our rules or equipment change?

Yes. We make the scenes that changed again and re-cut the briefing, and the previous version stays on file with its date.

How much does it cost?

Every film is quoted from the brief. The price depends on how many films you need and how long they run, the number of scenes, versions and languages, whether you need SCORM packages and questions, and the number of review rounds. Send us a brief and we will come back with a quote and a schedule.

Have a Film In Mind?

Tell us what it is for and when it needs to be out, and we will come back with how we would make it.
