Your program
Send your AML/CTF program, risk assessment and the roles the training is for.
We make AML/CTF training videos for businesses brought under Australia's anti-money laundering laws by the Tranche 2 reforms: real estate agencies, law firms, conveyancers, accountants and trust and company service providers. Each film shows the moments where money laundering risk turns up in your work, so staff know what to look for and what to do.
Since 1 July 2026 these businesses have had to enrol with AUSTRAC, run an AML/CTF program and train their staff. AUSTRAC expects training at the start of employment and then regularly, gives yearly refreshers as an example for customer-facing staff, and expects records of who was trained.
A film can play out a property sale or a client meeting where something is not quite right, then pause and ask staff what they would do. These are the situations we build films around.
Your AML/CTF program sets out how your business identifies customers, assesses risk and reports suspicious matters. We script the films from it, and your AML/CTF compliance officer or adviser approves them, so the training matches the procedure staff are actually expected to follow.
Sales agents, property managers, reception and administration, principals and senior managers, conveyancing and settlement staff all meet different risks. We make a core film with short versions for each role, and a yearly refresher that covers what has changed.
Films are delivered as MP4 files and as SCORM packages with knowledge-check questions, so your learning system records who completed the training and when. Each version is dated, so you can show what staff were trained on.
Real estate institutes, professional associations and AML/CTF consultants who train many member businesses can license a series once and roll it out to all of them, with their own branding and program references.
Staff watch the moments where money laundering risk turns up in a sale or a client meeting, and see what to do next.
How An AML/CTF Film Gets Made
From your documents to a finished film, with your own expert signing off before anything is made.

Send your AML/CTF program, risk assessment and the roles the training is for.

We propose situations that match the risks your business has identified, and agree them with you.

We write the scenes. Your AML/CTF compliance officer or adviser approves the script before anything is made.

Every shot is framed and agreed, then generated in offices and properties that look like yours.

Cut, graded and mixed, with knowledge-check questions and short versions for each role.

MP4 and SCORM files for your learning system, and a refresher each year as your program and the rules change.
No. Our films are training content for your own AML/CTF program. If you also need a formal qualification or certificate for staff, our films sit alongside it and make the risks real for your people.
AUSTRAC requires training that suits each role and your program, with records kept. A film is one part of that. It works best inside your learning system with questions and a record of completion, and with your compliance officer confirming the content matches your program.
At the start of employment and then regularly. AUSTRAC's guidance gives yearly refreshers as an example for customer-facing staff, and every six to twelve months for compliance officers and senior managers. A short refresher film each year keeps training current without repeating the whole course.
Smaller agencies usually start with a shared series through their industry body or adviser rather than a film of their own. Larger agencies and groups often want films that show their own offices, brand and procedures.
Yes. The scenarios change with the work: trust accounts and company structures for lawyers and accountants, settlements for conveyancers, and buying, selling and leasing for real estate.
We make the scenes that changed again and re-cut the film. Each version is dated, so your records show which version each person completed.
Every film is quoted from the brief. The price depends on how many films you need and how long they run, the number of scenes, versions and languages, whether you need SCORM packages and questions, and the number of review rounds. Send us a brief and we will come back with a quote and a schedule.
Tell us what it is for and when it needs to be out, and we will come back with how we would make it.
