A 33 second training commercial for Dedicated, a strength equipment brand. One athlete walks a lit hallway into a dark bronze gym and works through a set on the brand's own plates. The film was built from three phone photos of the real equipment and one reference for the room, with the athlete and the plates held the same from wide shot to close up. Thirteen generated takes went into the final cut.
We started from three phone photos of the brand's plates and one reference for the room. From that we built the gym, cast one athlete and kept her and the product the same across every shot.
