A Runaway Bay apartment above the Broadwater, with afternoon sun in every room.
The Brief
A property film for Ray White Surfers Paradise, selling a two-bedroom apartment at 5 Oatland Esplanade, Runaway Bay.
The Approach
We worked from the photographer's listing photos, taken in the middle of the day. Every room was relit to low afternoon sun and its colour corrected, then brought to life as a moving shot. An opening over the Broadwater and close shots of the light on the shutters, the curtains and the pool were made new and cut in between the rooms.
What We Delivered
A one-minute film at 16:9, mastered in 4K.
How It Was Made
Ray White Surfers Paradise sent us the photographer's shots of the apartment and the building, all taken in the middle of the day. We kept every room as it was photographed, relit each one to low afternoon sun, corrected the colour and then brought each still to life as a moving shot. Between the rooms we added close shots of that light on the shutters, the curtains and the pool.
What We Received
The photographer's shots of the apartment, the building and its grounds, as they arrived, with the floor plan. They were taken in the middle of the day, with the flat, even light most listing photos have.
Before And After
Each listing photo next to the frame we made from it, in the order they appear in the film. The rooms, the furniture and the views stay as they were photographed, and we changed the light and the colour.
